"In a previous employment, I completed a basic CRM course which I found was directed at flight crews, with not much relevance to an operations based role. Crosby's DRM course tailored all the crucial aspects of a CRM course (and more), to working in a ground based role across different shift patterns. I thoroughly enjoyed the course and learnt strategies I now implement within my day to day role. A crucial course that should be set as an industry standard."
