This course provides an Operations focused look into Human Factors, concentrating on our people and the management of our processes.
Fatigue Management
This course not only looks at the elements of FRM for Crew and the impacts the operations team can have on their fatigue levels but also looks at managing fatigue for shift workers. Working a 12on 12off, 4 days on 4 days off pattern, tips and techniques to help mitigate sleep loss, and how to encourage sleep.
Flight Time Limitations
Prescribes the regulations around crew duties and rest, to mitigate the effects of fatigue.
