Apprenticeship Travel Consultant (Business) Level 3 modules include:
- Terminology and Terms of Reference;
- Aviation History;
- Travel Information;
- Industry Practice;
- Travel Options;
- Products and Service;
- Legal and Compliance;
- Industry Technology;
- Team and Personal Performance;
Employees who are Travel Consultants within an Airline, duties include making travel arrangements and booking accommodation and other services for Crew and Colleagues.
12 – 24 Months (recommended)

To complete the apprenticeship you will be assessed by an independent end-point assessment organisation, this assessment will include a multiple choice exam and a professional discussion.
Ongoing support and additional training to ensure you are meeting your full potential in the quickest time scale.
Additional training to provide the apprentices with a greater understanding of the industry’s needs and an increase in situational awareness.
Individuals that successfully achieve the Travel Consultant Apprenticeship Standard will be well placed to join the travel industry and provide consultancy to either Corporate or Leisure customers.
